Tryg — Personalized Front Page on Tryg.dk

Tryg.dk serves as the main gateway to Tryg's digital universe, attracting over 4 million visits annually. However, customer feedback revealed that the previous front page was difficult to navigate, cluttered, and not tailored to individual needs. In response, a new front page was designed to create a more personalized and user-friendly experience, making it easier for customers to find exactly what they’re looking for.

A Personalized Experience

The new front page is designed with two distinct versions, tailored to the user's relationship with Tryg. Existing customers are presented with a personalized interface where they can quickly access self-services on their own page. Potential customers, on the other hand, see a different front page featuring a quick calculator, making it easy for them to find pricing information for the products they’re searching for.

 

When designing the new front page, we included an overview of the most popular insurance products. To enhance clarity and user experience, we incorporated icons, a choice driven by the positive feedback we received during customer testing. This new product overview has led to an increase in initiated calculations and visits to product pages.
